中国共产党第二十次全国代表大会报告第五部分明确指出"推进教育数字化，建设全民终身学习的学习型社会、学习型大国。"
南京大学终身教育学院以"新时代美好生活的引导者"为愿景，依托学校的综合学科优势、文化资源和师资力量，践行终身学习理念，助力建设学习型社会。
2022年5月19日，南大百廿校庆前夕，学院联合校友总会推出了面向南大校友的"校友终身学习辅助计划"（简称"誠计划"）。依靠学院自主开发的【暾学堂】，以每周一期的频度开展线上直播讲座，以南大故事、国家战略、学科前沿、行业动态、科学与人文素养等主题，全方位、宽领域、多层次的面向社会提供学习支持服务，增进广大校友的相互交流和职场发展，实现"人人皆学、处处能学、时时可学。
从2023至2024年5月16日，整整一年时间，"誠计划"已播出50期，邀请到了包括院士方成教授、任洪强教授、华子春教授、张全兴教授、符淙斌教授，人文社科资深教授赵曙明、桑新民、贾良定、张宪文，长江学者、杰青在内的许多知名教授、学者为校友们开讲，参与观看学习约5万人次。"誠计划"已成为深受师生校友、社会公众喜爱的南大特色品牌，产生了广泛的社会影响，获得南京大学2022-2023年度机关工作"精诚合作奖"。
"誠计划"的推行，学习贯彻了党的二十大精神，响应了学校"立德树人"根本任务，是"校友南大"战略的生动实践，为助力构建全民终身学习的学习型社会贡献出南大力量！
